I canβt say enough good things about Interfaith. I am working uninsured and they have helped me in so many ways that I will be eternally grateful. I have primarily seen Jenny Miller and Nurse Deidre but honestly every staff member I have interacted with has been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They are a real treasure in our community and if you can please donate to this outstanding organization.

I dont have insurance, unfortunately I cannot afford it, and this place has no joke saved my life. Ive been a patient for 4 years now and it feels so good to be able to see a doctor when I need it. Any specialist I need to go to, they make it happen at a fraction of the price. The staff have always been so nice to work with, both on the medical and dental side. If you need a good income based care provider, id recommend Interfaith to anyone and everyone. So thankful for this program and this staff!

I was in ER 2 weeks ago and diagnosed with CHF and Spinal Stenosis, nurse Marci (whom is very nice) with Interfaith ordered a referral to cardiologist ASAP , KAPPA received it on Weds, as of today 6/27/25 I still have not received a call from Cardiologist for an appointment, I spoke to Kappa today to let them know, it seems all we get is excuses as to why it takes weeks to get an appointment, thank goodness I called KAPPA today 6/27, come to find out the in patient co-ordinator with the heart group told my case worker she did not get my most recent blood work from Interfaith from my ER visit 2 weeks ago, well it would be helpful if that co-ordinator called KAPPA or Interfaith to request that so I can get an appt!, so here I am again Fri is here no appt until who knows when, KAPPA told me they gave her someones name and number at Interfaith so she can assist in getting the blood work sent STAT, would think that the case workers would follow up with the referrals they send when they get no response at least within a week but they do not. I called interfaith to make sure she spoke to someone, she was not available so I asked for her voice mail I was informed that she does not check h

I have been an inter faith member for quite a few years and Iβve always had good experiences there. However, today I received a voicemail from nurse Jenny, who left me a message regarding the issues that I was having which I appreciated that she called me. About a half hour after she left a message I called Interfaith and I spoke with one of the ladies there and I said a nurse Jenny called me. Iβm returning her message, immediately I was told that Jenny only works on Tuesdays. I said OK but she called and left me a message. The lady at the office insisted that it was not her because itβs not Tuesday and I tried to explain to her that it was Jenny who called me. The lady in the front office says it probably was somebody else Iβm gonna transfer you to Kenzie , she was not available, so I left her a voice message. I called right back and spoke with a different lady and she says well you already called and spoke with somebody else if you left a message, thatβs all you can do. I said ok. Itβs unbelievable that the First Lady ( I will not mention her name) did not believe me that Jenny called me because it was her day off. I have the voice message from her. Iβd be more than happy to
